  1. You may have heard the buzz about Vendetta putting fresh sushi on their menu. A customer has reported that the sushi is not only worth waiting for, but they use fresh greens from the Keene Farmer’s Market, mushrooms from Wichland Woods, seaweed from Maine, and more! Thank you Vendetta!

  2. Reading this NY Times article today, I wondered what it would take for our local chefs and restaurant general managers to be as enthusiastic as those profiled here: http://www.nytimes.com/2010/07/21/dining/21benno.html (“Now, Chefs Court Farmers for the Best Ingredients”)
